Zöldség Világ Ltd. was founded in 2011.
It started its active operation in 2012. Since the establishment, Zöldség Világ Ltd. has been integrating producers who finally became the owner members of the Ltd. in 2018. Based on the previously established, effective cooperation, these producers decided to continue the joint work in the form of a cooperation. In March 2019, Zöldség Világ Kft. received recognition from the Ministry of Agriculture as a fruit and vegetable producer sales organization. Our recognition number is 86.
Our mission
Our mission is to deliver high-quality Hungarian vegetables grown with extra care by Hungarian gardeners to Hungarian consumers. We strive for the widest possible appearance of domestic products in domestic stores.
Our profile
Our company sells high-quality, fresh vegetables produced in the Southern - Great Plain.
These vegetables are mainly:
• tomatoes (eg. bunches, grains, cocktails)
• peppers (eg. sweet green, hot green, Sweet Palermo, bell)
• fresh vegetables of the region (eg. beer radish, kohlrabi, lettuce)
We use an environmentally friendly and recyclable packaging technology for our products. They feature a barcode designed label and a manufacturer's identification code guaranteeing a showy appearance on the counter and allowing traceability from „farm to fork”.
Logistics
Our logistic center can be found right by M5 motorway and can be easily accessible by trucks. We have a 4200 m2 warehouse with a 600m2, 5-chamber cooling capacity cold store. We also opened one of our retail stores here in May 2018.
Quality assurance
Zöldség Világ Ltd. operates IFS quality management system and all of our suppliers has the GlobalGap quality assurance system. Due to the short supply chain, the journey of our gardeners' goods to the consumer is shortened. Thus, the freshness and competitive price of the product are also guaranteed on the counter.
