Szeged city has long been famous for its yellow trams aka „tuja”. With the population of nearly 162.000 person, Szeged is one of the 4 cities in the country with tram lines. As the tram lines run between train stations and along the University quarter, to use the surfaces of the modern Pesa trams are a practical way to reach our target group. Our unusual design attracts the attention of 45-50.000 people a day.

Every September, the National Blood Supply Service organizes a so called Retro Blood Donation Day. The aim of this event is to promote blood donation and find new donors. On this day, donors get extra gifts offered by different companies. Zöldség Világ Ltd. is a returning supporter of blood donation, so every September we offer cucumber or tomato or peppers to the donors as a gift, and on the spot we usually give tasty salads for those who are waiting in the line. This high-quality pepper was produced by one of our members, Adrián Gavrilescu in Tiszakécske-Kerekdomb. The seed is Rijk Zwaan Palermo Redmond RZ F1, which was tested in 2021. It can be harvested early and it gives extra yield. The peppers weigh an average of 120-150 g and are 18-25 cm long. For more information visit the Facebook page of the farm.
